Membership is open to anyone who is of legal age and agrees to Grupo Toyota`s Mission Statement and the guidelines stated herein. There are no membership fees. Membership is further explained below.

Submission of the membership form shall strictly be on a personal appearance basis. Aspiring members who are unable to attend Grupo Toyota Events can still be members for as long as an existing Grupo Premiere can vouch the information presented in their membership forms.

Any data submitted by the aspiring member (or Grupo Forumer) is subject to the confirmation of Grupo Toyota and any given information that is proven to be fictitious and/or false shall be potential grounds for disapproval of membership or possible termination upon deliberation. The information provided in the membership form shall be used for reference and communication purposes only.

Grupo Toyota does not charge for any membership fees, however, voluntary contributions/ donations are very much welcome. Contributions are solely the personal discretion of the member and the amount of contribution shall in no way dictate the hierarchy status of the member.

Any collection shall be used for the maintenance costs of the website and internet bulletin board, and other purposes mutually agreed and voted upon by the members.

Activity or event-specific contributions (if necessary) will only be made provided that there is a definitive timeline for the activities/events such as but not limited to social gatherings (i.e. Christmas party, Cook Outs, Fun Runs), and civic outreach programs.

Sponsorship is also a valid means of keeping Grupo Toyota membership fee free. This shall be simultaneously explored and is an ongoing activity. Solicitations for sponsorship shall only be written to potential sponsors affixed with the signature of the designated Grupo Toyota Founding Member/s.

REGISTRATION Thread: How to Become a Premiere Member

REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

1. For those who would like to register with Grupo Toyota and become a Premiere Member, please download the registration form at http://www.keepandshare.com/doc/view.php?id=633022&da=y

2. Please fill up the registration form and email it to grupo.toyota.regn@gmail.com. Then please attend a Grand EB where any of the founders are present so we can get to know you better. DO NOT FORGET TO SIGN THE ATTENDANCE FORM.

3. Registration forms will no longer be available at GEBs. The form must be downloaded and passed via email to grupo.toyota.regn@gmail.com.

4. For those who are based out of town or in another country, after e-mailing your registration form, please send a text message to +639209145455 stating REGISTER, your name, handle, and location.

5. Please do not expect a reply to your message. Most importantly, please make sure you have completely filled up the registration form. Incomplete forms will be deleted.

6. Updating of rank is normally done once a month or about 2-3 weeks after a GEB. Please be patient.

As a reminder to everyone expecting their rank to be updated, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR REGISTRATION FORM IS COMPLETE AND IN EXCEL FORMAT (at worst, in Microsoft Word). Common mistakes include missing out on the license plate number or sending jpegs or bitmaps.
